cityfoodsters says: The omakase includes primarily small dishes and ~7 pieces sushi in between, for a total of 22 courses. Chef Mitani-san served multiple courses with Hokkaido Bafun uni (favorite) and also specialty tuna cheeks. To finish, we were served caviar sushi.
