Chubbychinesegirleats says: Pepper Pastries were one of my favorite bites at this night market. They are baked in a round clay oven, stuck to the side. The result is Flaky outside and soft on the inside. Pipping hot. Generously filled with meat, cabbage and scallions...Must eat!
