Bak Chor Mee Hor Fun-style from Ah Poh at 85 Fenghan Hawker Centre. Still my all-time favourite. I especially loved the sweet and fluffy minced pork that was dotted with smoky browned garlic bits

There's a sign at the stall saying that the entire business (stall & equipment etc) is for sale. Though this isn't my favourite Kway Chap place because of the sweetish gravy, it's still sad to see another hawker leave the dwindling #SGHawker food scene.

Aside from the promising hint of an oozy core, the salted egg custard filling didn't flow when the donut was cut. A little too sweet for my taste, I wish they'd added more salted egg to help counter the sweetness.
